Hi everybody,

I don't usually write a topic like this, but I'm sitting here at home grinding my teeth and need to get it out of my system.

The situation is this: I work for a company whose main product is crap and I spent an entire your off my own bat starting it from scratch. I worked weekends, worked late, put in 1000 per cent to produce the absolute highest quality I could. I even cancelled a trip with my wife this week so I could get it ready in time for the demo. And you know what, my boss wasn't interested in a run-through. Wasn't interested in finding out it's qualities, it's features, any issues etc. That might sound minor, but it cuts deeply. So he's gone off to sell in and sent back complaints from the customer. He doesn't know how to sell what I've worked so hard on, and he doesn't even know most of the stuff about it.

AURG! Has anybody else here tried producing good work for a bunch of stupid monkeys?

For the record I'm in a complete bind when it comes to my contract and my and my wife's visa situation in this country. I'd so love to walk out on them.

Please guys, any advice, good or bad?

Look for another employer

Better yet may I suggest an Immigration Lawyer?? Then you would know your rights and this could be beneficial to see what your options are. Good Luck.
