Written by Singmia Just CUZ it had to "come" out. I 4got 2 comment on THIS particular work of art, singmia. It is VERY deep, touching, sad, and it made me cry. I can relate 2 this gem. Childhood is never 4gotten, particularly during the "TOUGH" times of today. However, dwelling on it and NOT moving 4ward, can put one in a deep depression. Childhood was so easy, innocent, unknowing, fun, nothing 2 worry about, being cared 4 by others, playful, etc... To ME, this implicates that the parents have passed, and the child is grown, contemplating his own passing one day which is getting closer all the time, bcuz time passes sooo quickly once we mature. He/she is looking back 2 the days when the parents & he/she were united, (the simple days) and problems were few. He/she may also be lovingly thinking of "meeting up" with them in heaven & with God, as in "I'm right behind U", and then "If I took U by the hand, would U let me play again"? Very comforting thoughts going down here. This is just "the way" I like 2 interpret it. I am sure others see it differently, just like prince's songs. Anyway, its lovely, and meloncholy. May the BELLS ring 4 U even when ur not in love.  | |
