speaking as a man (cause it would be difficult and painful to speak as a woman)

I think it is fear and jelousy

is this woman so sexual that she will screw around?

some men just need more time to lern to trust ( coming full circle in my own thoughts from last week)

some men just can't deal with it

Why is it that it's ok to make broad sweeping statements about men that aren't true about them all but it's not ok to do that about women? hmm

It is a matter of how you carry yourself. Men want a woman who has fire in the bedroom. Men know that most women want sex as bad as men do. But If that is all you talk about, you will probably turn the man off. There has to be more than sex talk all the time. Men don't talk about it all the time. It's like candy, you can't eat it all the time no matter how much you like it. It is natural to have and want balance.

Yes, but not all men. I think the reason a lot of our feathers were ruffled was because the beginning of the thread made some pretty broad generalizations about all men. We're not all solely sex-driven chauvinists who hold double standards.

And there are men who like to sleep with the dead, and sheep, etc. There are some men who talk about sex all the time. But most have other things they like to talk about. If men liked sex all the time, there would be no one watching football games, or hanging out at the bar, or playing pool, etc. We are simple, but not that simple.

Wow, C! smile I just love your answer! I've heard some men say that the way a woman carries herself, the way she speaks and how intelligent she is, can make her sexiness seem classy. But if she doesn't carry herself with pride, or have a decent vocabulary, or if she comes off too desperate--like she only has sex to offer--that can be a real turn-off for men. Would you say that's a factor?

case by case ain't it? some guys like constant dirty talk, some guys don't. plus, there's a matter of timing that's crucial.

for example if you're meeting his parents for the first time over tea you don't want to mention his incredible staying power in bed. save that chat for another time.
