ok...take the sex issue...men are in the mood all the time...:LOL: and women tend to be most in the mood during the time 2 weeks after their period...at their most fertile days time i would say that was Gods plan...

but what i dont get is...


why do most women tend to bring emotion to the table as far as sex is concerned...and men dont necessarily need that ? i personally cannot have sex with someone unless i have feelings for them...but men seem to be able to jump in on it with anyone...

girls...what are your feelings ? do you feel closer to a man after sex ? or do you not have to have feelings to 'go there' ?

Like you, I need to have an emotional attachment before I have sex with someone. On the rare occassions that I haven't, I've felt I've let myself down. So, nowadays, I need to feel love in order to even consider taking a relationship "there".

I think part of it has to do with the hormones, chemicals, and base physiological sugar, spice, snails and puppy dog tails that swirl around in us. I think the other part of it has to do with the way we're conditioned to view gender and sexuality.

Men are just suppoosed to drop their seed and be done with it.

This is a difficult question to answer because it divides what I want the world to be and what I know it is.
Yes back in the day I probably would have slept with any woman. But I was never able to call it quits when the sex was done, I always then wanted to know someone better(unfortunatly the women didn't.)
But after 8 years with the same woman and never any temptation to be otherwise I'm probably not the best to answer this.
I wonder how much of this attitude is cultural as opposed to biological

I'm just not sure that men tie their emotions to sex. I think they associate it with the relationship or the person rather than the sexual act.

I remember talking to someone once after sex, getting all emotional and stuff and I asked him whether he understood what women felt when they cried after sex. He said he didn't. However, I've never been with a partner who has wanted to have sex with women who don't mean something to them (or at least that's what they've told me). So, my conclusion is that men do want meaningful sex but it just doesn't make most of them emotional.

Or perhaps you and I are saying the same thing? ... I'm not sure anymore
