As in a romantic relationship?...I'd think we'd all love to experience that, having a relationship in which the occasional hard time doesn't push you both away from how you really desire to be within that relationship...that at least one of you is able to re-center everything, and hopefully not the same "one" each and everytime. I spent literally years being the only "stong one" in a relationship...it wears you down quickly. *sigh*...it also causes you to feel unappreciated...as well as you can feel as if they feel the relationship--and you--are not worth the effort in their minds. You want to feel you're valued enough for them to at least try.
