making a big change in my life has to cost me all this money? i mean wtf?!!! i foudn this faboo place in nyc and i'm getting away form all the evil in my current apt. that's made me miserable for like the past year...but i just found out the new management company is going to charge me $250 just to isgn the new lease! i can't give this apt. up but that's a lot of money (in addition to $1000 security!!)

toss it up to freedom from the old baggage. a month ago you would've paid 2000 bucks to be out of that horrid situation...you know what i mean? it'll be for the best. you could always back out and use that money to move to chicago! its cheaper and friendier!
