Chris, you are very close to my heart and I spent a lot of time thinking about you and another fellow orger who I couldn't love more if you guys were related to me. A long time ago, a friend of mine gave me a birthday card that stated simply:

Firends are the family you choose for yourself.

I love you like the brother I never had and if you ever need me, I will never be too far from you.

Chris...wow.

Thank you for sharing such an intensely personal issue.

Thank you for clothing the issue with humanity.

Thank you for being honest.

Thank you for being you.

I'm so very glad that you detailed the lack of love and the need for it and the way it manifested itself in your life. People focus on sexuality and never realize how much pain we experience in life. Pain to the point of running to anyone who will show you love, even if that means loving the flesh and nothing more. I can identify with what you said about discovering sexuality and the revelation that you can gain acceptance even if only on a primal level. Everybody wants love. Everybody needs it. Not just those who procreate, but all of us. Always remember your partner in crime here. I'm here for you if you ever need me.

Love you hug
Richard

Good luck with getting your show up and running, I wish I could see it. Bring it to NYC!!!

As talented as a performer as I expect you to be I'm sure it will be wonderful. You are also an excellent writer. Have you ever thought about putting your work together into a book?

just got off the phone with the producer, who has booked us three more shows to benefit the scholarship fund that pays for underpriveleged kids to go to arts camps. the school is gonna give us staff to help run the benefit shows, and t-shirts to give out to those who contribute a good amount...

woot!

NYC... god, i wish it were finacially feasible to tour the show. unfortunately with a 5 piece rock band, and three back up singers, it just ain't gonna happen, cause no one knows who the hell i am outside of texas. well, okay, a few do, but not enough to cover the costs
