Anybody following the Kobe Bryant hearings? Is this chick for real or what??? Now granted, I had just came home from doing one of my patented 16 hr shifts and I had like one eye open and 3/4 of an ear listening...But did I not hear on CNN that the they found the semen and hair from someone else in her panties when she had her rape examination? How is she going to proove that Kobe raped her when she had sex with someone else the day after she was supposedly raped and had the dudes sperm still in her drawers??? Anyone else hear about this? And then the dectective who interviewed her said that in her fisrt interview, she said the she didn't tell Kobe no at first and when she did say no he stopped? This chick is trippin.

what bugs me(among many other things)about this case is that this girl is always identified as "the victim". i believe they should identify her as "the alleged victim". 'til the facts come out and kobe is found guilty! cuz only kobe and this girl know the whole truth. what if she is lying(which looks like it so far)and is trying 2 hustle kobe 4 some money or maybe she is hoping 4 a playboy spread(U know her 15 minutes of FAME)! who knows. man, i just hope the truth comes out and that is what gets judged fairly.

I'm truely disgusted by her actions if they are true. I can't stand the LAKERS or Kobe but c'mon if he's innocent of rape then charges should be dropped or neverfiled!

At this point, they have to now prove that it was Kobe that "assaulted" her. If she had sex with a couple of men in a two day period, her vagina would seemed bruised and beat up. She presented one pair of panties that had Kobes blood but the second pair of panties where examined at the hospital and that's where the other evidence came in.

I've been keeping up with this every day and it's just amazing the things that are coming out now. the girl needs some serious mental help.

if he does get off on this case which I hope happens , he better never screw around again... I hope he learns his lesson as far as cheatin on the wifey... for some reason I don't think he raped her !!!

Oh lawd !!! Someone just showed me an article from MSN that said that this chick planned this whole thing out. She booked Kobe into the hotel. The hotel has 56 rooms and only 4 were booked. Then she booked his bodyguards in rooms that were no where close to him. Then she snuck up to his room using employee only stairwells and accesses. I can't believe that they are even trying to prosecute him. I hope he and others like him have learned a valuable lesson. As a woman, I am ashamed of this girl. She's making us look bad.

bout the size issue.. what I do think about all this, and this happens with seemingly all celebrities, is that information is just tossed all over the place, and we can't ever be sure what to believe. I don't know why she booked him where she did, which could or could not have had anything to do with the whole situation, of course every move either of them made now becomes part of the situation. I apologize for getting uppity, the whole thing just hit a nerve, and as for my language, which I usually do not use all in one post I feel like total crap today, and this is one of the first threads I saw, lucky you. The prosecution will have a difficult time, because ultimately it is the "alleged victim" that stands trial when it comes to rape cases, regardless of who the "alleged perp" is.
