Motivation More often than not, people are more likely to hold on to their good looks if they really want to. Children Pregnancies can often lead to weight gain. Smoking Cigarette smokers are more likely to get wrinkles. Sleep Plenty of sleep is important for youthful skin. Skin Tone Darker skin is advantageous. Stress Chronic stress ages skin and can lead to poor diet and weight gain. Water Drinking lots of water increases circulation and hydrates the skin. Alcohol Heavy drinkers age faster.
