For what reasons do you think a person should be deactivated at the Org? Does the Org affect you to the point where you pray for someone's deactivation?

Anyway, the only reason I've seen people get deactivated around here is if they are causing a ruckus on threads and won't stop, even after being warned. Are there other reasons to deactivate someone?
