Critical Factors in Aging...

Some tips on staying young and full of Spark!

Diet
Proteins and fresh fruits and vegetables are best. Stay away from fat- and carbohydrate-filled meals. Fiber, Fiber, Fiber.

Vitamins
Antioxidant vitamins, especially C and E, defend against skin aging.

Exercise
Regular exercise is helps maintain weight and is good for blood circulation. But don't go overboard — more than an hour of rigorous cardiovascular activity every day can damage the skin over time.


Motivation
More often than not, people are more likely to hold on to their good looks if they really want to.


Children
Pregnancies can often lead to weight gain.


Smoking
Cigarette smokers are more likely to get wrinkles.


Sleep
Plenty of sleep is important for youthful skin.
Skin Tone
Darker skin is advantageous.

Stress
Chronic stress ages skin and can lead to poor diet and weight gain.

Water
Drinking lots of water increases circulation and hydrates the skin.

Alcohol
Heavy drinkers age faster.


And my personal tip...Dump your fucking TV!
