Don't you hate it when....

you're in line at a grocery store or a gas station, or anywhere, really, where you have to line up to pay a cashier, and some fucking douchebag (usually an elderly person) is standing there looking over and discussing and debating which lotter tickets they want to buy? or when they do it in multiple transactions, instead of knowing what they want, going in to get it, and leaving?

or how about when you're waiting for someone to write a check. i mean, i write checks EVERYWHERE, but i at least have the courtesy to grab the pen and start writing it out while they're scanning my groceries or while the person in front of me is paying, instead of waiting to write out the whole thing after they've given me the amount.

it really chaps my ass! mad

that's a good one!

i always yell "SLOW DOWN, ASSHOLE" ... unfortunately, they don't usually get the point. they just get a confused look on their face while either looking at me or trying to figure out where the voice came from, which inevitably slows them down more. sigh

I hate hwen peopelk write checks inline..if like u they begin before they are being rung up then itsa cool..but to use a check in line holding everyone else up is sacreligious imo

or if they ask for a pack of smokes that aren't readily availabale and th e clerk then has to go run down and get a set of keys and search for them..just get fuckin marlboro lights or something thats popular

or older folks in general having to get their pennies out to give the exact change etc...

No I don't mind... I would hope they would offer the same patience if i was holding up the line... It happens to people sometimes... If something like that bothers you enough to stick in your mind. You definitely got other issues be sides the person taking too long trying to buy their stuff with a check... hah! twocents hmph!

i stop for people in crosswalks too, actually. that doesn't bother me as much as if you're driving in a parking lot or something, and you're already going really slow, but some slow ass is walking about a foot a minute in front of you and oblivious that you're there. STAY OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE.

I really hate it when people can't just wait their turn in line without "huffing and puffing" about it and then have the nerve to be rude to the clerk who is more than willing to spend just as much time with every customer to see that their need are met.

I hate when you go to a public place where there are a lot of people (say, Disney World, for example... or specifically, actually), and there are hundreds of people walking down a walkway and some enormous fatass on one of those rascal scooters starts beeping their little horn to get people to move out of the way.

Were they not trying to run everyone down, and acting like they're actually handicapped and need accomodation, instead of being just too fat to walk, then I'd have no beef with them. But when they do this, it makes me want to tell them that if they got their fat ass up and walked once in awhile, they wouldn't need that scooter.

Last 2 times I was at Disney, I observed this at least 3 times a day.

I didn't mean you. I feel the same way. I just know what it is like to be on the other side of the counter. And no I am not one of the slow ones, I make sure that I am READY when it is my turn because i hate waiting in line as well.
I was really just thinking of this time I was 3rd in a line at a clothing store and the woman who was first was taking her sweet time have the clerks' attention (the only girl behind the counter by the way) and then the girl ran out of receipt paper and the woman directly in front of me had the nerve to start in with the girl about how she should be better prepared with her register and that she should have had the other woman step aside so she could be helped because she was ready and had other places to be.

falloff i hate this too. I especially hate it when they're in the fat scooter, beeping that stupid horn, and eating some kind of fast food/ junk food. It's like, "you're a part of the problem!"

I also hate screaming or otherwise noisy babies in public. There are places, like the supermarket, where I expect them but screaming babies in restaurants and similar places should be outlawed. pissed

The reason why they get the closer spaces is because they aren't able to travel farther than they can (i.e.: ppl in wheelchairs). I was in a wheelchair for three mos, and even after those three mos, it was still a pin to walk far distances, sometimes even a few feet! So don't go hatin on handicapped ppl, mad cause if you were in that same situation, I bet you'd feel differently!!! no no no!

I hate it when you somehow get stuck walking behind old people and try as you might you can't get around them even though you're in a hurry and then they shoot you dirty looks because you're trying to squirm in front of them to get where you want to go... usually by that point I push them down and run...
