Good question.

Tuna is my immediate choice but having said that, U cannot beat sardines on toast.

As far as I know, you're not supposed to eat tuna if you're pregnant, nursing, or may become pregnant, or give it to children under the age of six because it can cause serious problems to the nervous system. I wouldn't eat it regularly as an adult if I ate fish.
