Did anyone else bother to see this? The first fight-scene with Neo and the multiple Mr. Smiths' started out good but then... I do not want to be as disapointed as I am turning out to be.

Matrix 2 sucked MAJORLY

that's what I thought after I first saw it.

However, I was such a huge fan of the first Matrix, that I felt it deserved my reconsideration. You see, when I saw the first Matrix, I found it to be very confusing, loaded with dialogue, and making little sense. The more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Now that I own it, it feels as though every word was necessary.

The same applied with Revolutions, which was weighed down with philosophical and religious nuances. But, the more I've looked into it, the more I've appreciated it, even though I have only seen the movie once so far.

I think Revolutions will be looked at like Empire Strikes Back. Empire Strikes back was a crucial movie in the Star Wars Trilogy, but was very underappreciated by movie audiences because it lacked the excitement of a new concept, or the satisfaction of a conclusion.

When all three are out, I think the appreciation for them as a whole will be increased, assuming they didn't screw up majorly with the third.
