The key to any good relationship is COMMUNICATION!!! We were having such problems even talking to eachother. We were doing things and going out of our way to hurt eachother... we have come so far. Because she listened to me, and I to her, our lives together have improved dramatically. We were on the verge of breaking up, in fact, we actually did in a tearful exchange of feelings... only, we caught ourselves. We have kids, we have a mortgage, we have so many things that tie us together financially and emotionally... hasty decisions are not something that we can afford when you have a family. I'm so glad we went through this, afterall. We are closer now than ever, and more in love than ever... in fact, I can't wait to see her when she's gone! Life is good. God bless you all...  Ahhh, this gives me hope for my relationship. Thanks for sharing. | |

Hang in there June.
Much like you, I feel that our children really are the ties that bind my wife and I at this point in our lives...our focus is in their education and well-being at this time. We grew close the 7 yrs we spent together before the children, and I am looking forward to being alone with her once again. Luckily, I married a great gal and we became best friends. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |
