My all time scariest movie is still the Exorcist. I live close to Georgetown where the movie was filmed and I can tell you the place is MUCH scarier when you're right there in front of it. The exorcist steps is right next to the house and on Halloween night, it's especially creepy.

The Burning, Friday The 13th Part 3 in 3D and The Warning -those were some of the first "serial killer kills teenagers" movies that I saw ("alien kills teenagers" in The Warning's case) and I really wasn't old enough to see them. I saw them with my classmates and we were all scared silly. biggrin

My vote for the scariest movie would have to go to "Invasion of the Body Snatchers". It came out in the late 70's and I think it might have been the remake of another movie with the same or similar name.

The movie was weird in that it showed pods growing and inside the pods were the identical twin of people who were already living. The one part of the movie that I will never forget is when a man in the movie, who knew he had an identical person growing, found out the where the pod was. He proceeded to take out an axe and chop up the identical person's face. They showed it, and it was really gross, because they showed blood squirting out all over. LOL - my girlfriend and I were covering our eyes and screaming in the movie theatre because we got so spooked. lol

Other good horror movies would have to be any of the Halloween, Friday the 13th and movies starring Freddy Krueger. I like scary movies, even the parts that gross me out and scare me. lol
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
