PrintableLEMON TARRAGON BAKED CHICKEN
Grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/3 cup wheat germ 1/2 tsp tarragon leaves, crushed 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp garlic or onion powder 3 chicken half breasts, skinned In shallow dish, combine lemon peel, juice and oil. In second dish, combine wheat germ, tarragon, paprika, and garlic powder. Dip chicken into lemon misture; coat with wheat germ mixture. Arrange chicken on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until tender. ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

Chicken usually like grain - seeds, corn, whatever. You don't really have to prepare it any certain way, just spread it out on the ground, they don't care. | |

This is not an actual recipe, buuut...if you mix equal parts garlic powder, italian seasoning, and seasoned salt, it makes for AWESOME baked chicken  It works on pork chops too  | |

My aunty makes da BEST chicken...tastes like Nandos! And i LUVVV chicken, so my suggestions is, buy some Nandos Milty. They make it wif a LOTTA luv. Just ask da new kid who cleant da disabled toilet 4 da first time this week.
