It's just natural that certain cliques evolve, and that the person in charge will tend to go for those s/he knows and prefers. If we can all just look at it that way--it's almost Darwinian! But that's the whole point! I'm not on Vashti's "radar"--I'm not in her clique--so Orger of the Month would never happen for me. Some of the most amazing people exist here, but they're not gonna be "fun" enough or draw the attention. AND--that is absolutely right and appropriate! If I really feel the need to put my choice of Orger of the Month-- "namepeace"--out there, I should start my own Org Magazine, which is why the whole thing takes on a Darwinian tone. | |
