I know. I thought Radio 1 was going to improve when they got rid of him but Chris Moyles is still on and he drives me insane! The playlists are as stale as ever. Mark & Lard and Sara Cox keep me sane, though. I'm thinking of asking for a DAB radio for my birthday so I can tune into XFM. I listen to it through my cable TV & it is so much better than R1. I think when DAB takes off, Radio 1 is screwed.

my name's deja. ain't gonna tell ya'll my middle name--it's not embarrassing to me or anything, i just don't feel the need to tell. i'm originally from des moines, iowa, but have been livin in minneapolis for nearly 2 years. i'm single (always have been), have no kids (thank gawd!) and live all by my lil' ol' self (wish i had a kitty, tho').

i have one brother and one sister, both of whom are way older than me and that i don't know very well cuz i didn't grow up with 'em. my mom died not long after my 7th birthday, so for the remainder of my youth my father raised me. i had somewhat of a troubled childhood, due to my mom passin away and the mental trauma that brought...i discovered that i inherited my mom's artistic abilities, so drawing stuff helped me a lot in my youth cuz it sorta filled a void in my life then. i've been drawin since the age of 5. i turn 23 in a couple months, so i've spent about ¾ of my life with pen in hand.

along with art, another thing i love is music--one of the reasons why i'm here on the org. i also love to laugh, and make other folks laugh as well.
