my favorite pasta is Penne pasta or Ravioli the fresh type containers at the store are just lovely..  | |

If my Italian mother knew someone was calling boxed mac & cheese 'pasta' she would freak... lol...baked mac&cheese is good tho
my favorite pasta is Penne pasta or Ravioli the fresh type containers at the store are just lovely.. Those aren't bad...but, when I was little my mom used to make ALL her pasta from scratch with a hand-crank pasta machine.
Now, she still makes pasta, but it's the easy, small kind for soup or dumplings for Hungarian food (my dad was Hungarian.) She's getting older and it's hard for her.  Gosh, I miss that. | |
