my favorite pasta is Penne pasta drool or Ravioli the fresh type containers at the store are just lovely.. love

Those aren't bad...but, when I was little my mom used to make ALL her pasta from scratch with a hand-crank pasta machine. biggrin
Now, she still makes pasta, but it's the easy, small kind for soup or dumplings for Hungarian food (my dad was Hungarian.) She's getting older and it's hard for her.
