Well the other night at the bar I was watching this hagged woman smoke and it totally turned me off. She had wrinkles all around her mouth and she smelled so bad. I kept thinking I was going to be her someday and it made me very unhappy!!!

It's my 4th day without a beer too...and I still have hair!

Thanks guys! The weekends are going to kill me, my goal right now is to just go as long as I can without any. If I have a few on the weekends I"m not going to beat myself up about it. It's better than a pack a day.

i havent had a cigarette since july 8...and im telling ya...i feel soo much better...and this is coming from one who had a 18 year smoking habit!! i started smoking really early...

you can do it woman!! dont need to smoke!!

When they had smoking in the bars here in Cali I used to party with my friends and endure the cigarrette smoke but I would wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air!! Because of the physical effects (and I hate the taste and smell too) I end up resenting the person for the habit.
