Do You Go To Your County Fair?

Man, I used to love when the Fair came into town. The rides, the food, the summer jobs and the entertainment.

As I've grown older, I welcome it less. I know it's there for entertainment value, but it appears more welcoming to gangs and drunks. The entertainment this year is somewhat lackluster. The cost to get in is $7.00 per adult (and that's not including the food, which is always overpriced)!

Still, when I was younger... I had a fantastic time at the fair! Do you find that as you get older, your tastes in things you used to find enjoyable change?

I have not been to a fair since I lived in Wisconsin, but I used to go every year smile

I don't ride the rides much, but I liked playing the games and checking out the exhibits.

When the fair pulls into Blaricum (don't ask) it's just an excuse to stay drunk for three days straight and to get laid.

I thought that was the idea.

I wnet this yearto the Orange County Fair cuz somebody dragged me their to see Devo playin within the Fairgrounds... Your right June I was more anxious to split than stay and get mad dogged left and right... shoot in high school one of the main reasons we'd go was to find women and fight anybody who stared too hard!! these days they got cops everywhere !!! even on the rides!! smile
