I need to have pins put into my hand to stop it from moving and I'll probably have that on for up to 8 weeks. Well...they really don't know for sure until they have a look at it on the table. So I might get away with just having a plate put into it instead. Which means that I won't be on the org for a little while. 
I hope to be back at work in the next few days...so that means I will be able to talk to you guys then. I will miss you guys.
