What was the worst...
1. physical pain that you've ever felt? Probably when I broke my wrist 2 weeks ago. The arm bone was pushed out of the wrist socket and I had to put up with the pain for an hour until the druged me. 
2. act of revenge you got on someone? I've never done anything like that. Maybe punched someone when I was little for teasing me. 
3. smell you've ever smelled? That would have to be my best mates farts. 
4. food you've ever eaten? Suchi

1. physical pain that you've ever felt? Probably at the dentist--or this one time when this guy ripped my heart out while it was still beating 
2. act of revenge you got on someone? One night, 2 of my friends and I each contributed something nasty to a garbage bag--eggs, vomit, pee--and then poured the mixture on the horrid person's car. The horrid person didn't find it till the next morning, baking in the hot sun They needed a new paint job, I heard  Ah, youth!
3. smell you've ever smelled? It involved garbage and maggots
4. food you've ever eaten? Hmmm, not sure

1. physical pain that you've ever felt?
It's a tie between when I had my first asthma attack (I couldn't breathe and almost passed out beore I could crawl to a phone) and when I rammed my bicycle handle into my abdomen when I was 11. The bruise covered half of my stomach and was so swollen, I couldn't fit into my pants. Supposedly, it might have affected my reproductive system, but I won't go into detail any more than that. Don't worry, I'm not a breeder.
2. act of revenge you got on someone? I told my mother I didn't forgive her because she abandoned me. I was stupid then. 3. smell you've ever smelled? Cigarettes 4. food you've ever eaten? Brussels sprouts, or anything my stepmother makes

2. act of revenge you got on someone? I ditched a guy that broke me and his friend up in high school on New Years Eve 2002 when we were out to dinner in Chicago The fucker deserved it...It was a bad night

1. physical pain that you've ever felt? probably when my appendix almost ruptured at age 5 2. act of revenge you got on someone? i don't do revenge 3. smell you've ever smelled? rotten eggs in my car - my brother had accidentally left some groceries in my car, and they had slipped under my seat. so over the next few days, it started to get unbearable, until i FINALLY figured out what caused the stench! 4. food you've ever eaten? all the stuff i used to eat and that grosses me out now, but especially German staples like head cheese, liverwurst and bloodwurst...

What was the worst... 1. physical pain that you've ever felt? When I had a D&C and the doctor gave me NO pain meds 
2. act of revenge you got on someone? When I sent subscriptions to 'Horse Fancy' and 'Playgirl' magazines to my ex who was cheating on my while my father was dying...the best part was that he was living with his grandmother at the time

What was the worst...
1. physical pain that you've ever felt? Being hit and ran over by a car (4 mos ago) I had a shattered ankle, broken arm and bruises that still hurt today. 2. act of revenge you got on someone? Hmm, let's see...one time I released a canfull of ants into someone's backpack for humiliating me the day before. Dont laugh, that bitch deserved it! So far, i think that was my worst 
3. smell you've ever smelled? this homeless guy that was on the same train one morning. Three words: garbage, must, and shit!!!

Those attacks were the worst pain. The pain in my abdomen would be so bad that I literally would not be able to sleep for 2-close to 3 days and when I finally did sleep it was just passing out from sheer exhaustion. The pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep because of it. 2. act of revenge you got on someone? I can't do this, I feel bad about it. The BEST act of revenge was removing myself from my ex's life completely. It drove him mad... 3. smell you've ever smelled? The breath of this girl I knew. She never brushed her teeth and the only way I could describe her breath is that it smelled of the rot of stomach cancer (never smelled that but the stench was so bad that's what I imagined) 4. food you've ever eaten? nothing immediately comes to mind but a friend of mine bit into a piece of pizza at summer camp as a kid and discovered that she had just bit a slug in half. The slug fell from the tree onto the pizza!!
