behind my flat i could see and smell smoke so i called the fire brigade and told them the area i was in. then as i was speaking i saw a police car approach and so i figured they knew about it all. i told the fire brigade the police had arrived and then assumed they would have communicated with each other for the exact location.

5 mins later i heard 2 fire engines arrive but go past my place before finally turing back and finding the right place. i feel a little guilty for not being clear in my decription of the location a i really thought it was all dealt with!!

it wasn't serious by the way...i think kids had lit something in the basketball court behimd my flat.
