, we are never truly alone... if we reach out with our hearts and allow others a way in to our souls. I know I get a little deep sometimes... although this is me, it's the mind I live in nearly everyday. Heavy it gets at times... but I wouldn't change it for world.

I wouldn't even know where to begin... but today I heard that Rueben passed away Saturday (so young)... I had not been to work since last Friday. Then I called my best friend to see if she was attending the Luekemia Walk they hold every year... and she informed me that she has cancer too. Her mother passed away from breast cancer, her sister had breast cancer (in remission now). My lifetime best friend Leticia's brother (27 yrs) has been diagnosed with Lymphoma Hogkins (cancer) and she has a nodule in her neck as well, which will be removed/biospied, cancer runs heavy in her family.

My aunt in California is doing Hospice home care... thoughts of her consume me, I just went to see her a few weeks ago.

Just Tuesday, I went to get a lump in my breast check on by a general surgeon, which he attempted to drain... if it is a cyst. In a couple of weeks I will be able to tell, it is swollen right now. If it is still present, it will be removed.

Health issues around me are truly more of a concern at this time (with others close to me), than that of my relations. Working at the hospital is getting to be too much (at least right now it is) so many heart breaking moments... but all I have to do is make it til December... then I will begin my Student Teaching (my calling) and be well on way. *smile* <--- finally a smile, it has been tough today. I am profoundly resilient... although we all have our limits as well, I've hit mine today.

There are other issue's, but I would rather keep a bit disclosed. *sigh*

I think I am going to step away from the computer and occupy my mind a bit differently tonight... or at least try to right now.

I am so sorry sweety. I know how it feels to have these kind of days. I have alot of them myself. The days when you just throw up your hands and scream "Why?" Nothing anyone can say or do can stop the hurt you feel but Please just remember that no matter what pain you are feeling right now, that tommorrow is a better day. Just step outside right now and look up and take a deep breath and realize how lucky you are that you are there.

But more than anything remember that you are never alone.

i know what you are experiencing since, i've just gone through it myself (as you know)

sometimes, you have to let yourself be blue in order to see the other colors on the flip side of it.

you are never alone, eventhough it may feel like it now. you have many friends that are only a phone call away (and soon to be even closer)
