What's for lunch???

I am having some left over fried rice I made last night. It has baby corn, baby carrots, snow peas, shrimp, smoked turkey sausage, chicken and brown rice. YUM! all fried in olive oil ( just a tad) garlic and low sodium soy sauce, I had to hide me some my kids were trying to eat it all and I made a huge pot!!!

ooh that sounds so good. I lived on potatoes and ramen for many years so I know how to make miracles happen with those two as the main staple. nod

I went through a phase where I added broccoli to everything!
