He was pretty good in that excellent film, Sling Blade.

I Loved John Ritter!! I still feel blah over this...I'm kinda in shock. "Three's Company" still remains one of my favorite shows...one of those things we grew up with in the 70's and 80's. Even though he's done so much more than just that sitcom, it's one of those characters he will always be remembered for.



RIP!!

I am so sad about this. Three's Company was and still is my favorite show ever.
Isnt' strange how alot of people die close to a Holiday or their Birthday. Makes me think.

This one is fuckin with my cypher like Jam Master Jay did. I mean Jack Tripper? Was there anyone who had anything bad to say about this guy John(not discussing material etc but as a human being)? I mean damn. This is fucked up. I grew up with him and his chicas. I always wanted some of that stuff he was cooking. Whomever said that comment about the Regal Beagle was spot on. R.I.P. man.

I sorta kinda heard it while I was busy getting ready for work, but...Damn, too bad this talented actor died.

One of mny fav 3's Co. eps was when Jack went to some formal dinner party in a tux..he took some pills and some alcohol and he was woozy etc from it. He then goes into this extended dance, tango etc, just goin off all silly-like in his drubnken stupor..doing this solo dance number just goin off lol..he runs to a couch to stand and dance on it and it falls over and he goes tumbling behind it...just when u think it ended there and he was knocked out,this fool comes up head first only with a plant in his mouth and a bowl on his head like a demented Carmen Miranda and has some shaker in his hand shaking to the music and coming up form behind the couch slwoly like a snake and he continues doing some miramba type dance...r.i.p. man.

It's really sad... John was such a nice cool genuine nice person. It is a sad time.

you know that episode where janet wants to be a dancer...and her teacher is just after her body ??

jack goes in to help her...and finds her telling him no...they had an argument...

she thought that he was comming to say i told you so...and she was crying...he said...janet...i didnt come to say any of those things...she said...you didnt ??? he said...no...i just wanted to know...

very sad news indeed...heard it at work this morning and didn't actually believe it until i saw it on the news. one of the greatest comedy actors of our time.

Idea #1 : I wanted it to be on a fake 3's Company set.. mayb what they used on ABC.. and have the cast Joyce, Suzanne, Richard, Don, ect..ect..ect... Just talk about their memories.. their love.. then maybe show clips!

I must've heard this at about 5:30am. I was half asleep but I heard the anchorperson say something like "Actor John Ritter, best known for his rolls in..." I just knew it wasn't good news.

What a shock. R.I.P. Mr. Ritter.
