Agent Smith took over his body, he's now in the "real world" and will try kill Neo. Thing is...none of them have left The Matrix, that's the killer.

They all belive they have left The Matrix, in fact it's a matrix within a matrix, which is why Agent Smith (a computer program) was able to leave the matrix and enter "the real world".

It wasn't real at all, just a program within a program...which is also why Neo was able to sense and killed the Sentinals...he's realising that he hasen't left the matrix at all.

Agent Smith is a computer program, he is contained within The Matrix for the most part, but has now taken over the body of that guy and copied his program so as he can now enter "the real world", which is just another computer program.

When Neo killed Agent Smith in the first film his program was supposed to terminate, but something happened...his program got messed up and he is no longer part of the matrix mainframe and can work as an independent program.

He's also able to copy himself, see the burly brawl and Neo fighting 100 Agent Smiths. The end finale of the last movie cost $40 million and is 14 minutes long. They destroy half a city in the process.

Is this not freaky? Then why the fuck do they have to choose between the red pill and go through finding people to disconnect them from the matrix. What's the point of having another (horrible) matrix?!

I bet they're all computer programs and there is no real world. At the end of the last one, they'll probably show some kid playing on his computer or fucking playstation. It'll be some freaky Twilight Zone shit
