Bored?...Try This... While sitting down in a chair, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.
Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. You can't do both at the same time...your foot will change direction.  | |

I just realized I was doing it all wrong. I lifted my right foot off the floor, and revolved the CHAIR in a clockwise motion with my left foot. Oops! Haven't tried what I'm supposed to do yet. | |
