why do members of this board feel the need to leave?

Some do probably want the attention and to be remembered.... Just in case they decide to come back....  lol...

Nobody ever "leaves" the Org.They may start a "I'm leaving thread" and delete their account,but they never really leave.They become a lurker,and eventually they sign up for a new account,sometimes under a new name.
