Seriously, 1 of the best ways 2 lose weight is 2 go jogging. Its best 2 jog a long distance at a slowish speed than 2 run as quick as U can 4 a short distance. Swimming is an enjoyable way 2 exercise and its so good 4 U. Good luck!

that shit would hurt like a mutha. Of course it's difficult at first, just like any other type of exercise, but every time you do it you gain more flexibility and it becomes fun. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

Actually, I've found that you just need to find your own groove for fitness. Try running, swimming, yoga, treadmill, cycling or anything else, then go with which one fits you.

It doesn't sound like you need to run...you don't need
to lose weight, which running is perfect for. In order to tone, try lifting light weights for your arms and legs. Squats will work your bum. Whenever you lift weights, STRETCHING is key. Remember to keep them light, you don't wanna bulk up. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
