all the ways that "28 days later" stole from the living dead series

i shouldnt say stole

maybe homage is a better phrase

and the director pretty much admits it

anyhoo heres what i cought

- mall seen with goofy music playing

- church with priest and zombies mirroring one legged man

- socializing the zombie

- leading others to the hideout via valkie talkie

- gas station with child zombies

those are a few that i cought

any others?

Ok how about both films are statements about our society and how "minoritys" end up being the heroes. In Night of the living dead the hero is a Black man, in 28 days later it is two women, one white, one balck. Both films showcase the struggle the "outsider" goes through to make it out alive. Just my twocents shrug

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.
