I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YA

I know this is going to sound stupid but I really need to know something. I just bought a DVD player a few days ago and I have noticed that the picture is not of full screen, is this normal? as you can tell I dont know shit about technology. sad so come on people help me out here.

It depends on the DVD, not the player. Some are full-screen, some are widescreen, some offer both options. It usually says on the package of the disc.
