I'm just thinking that... Apparently, if the list of things and kinds of threads you list keep appearing, then someone's into those things and having fun with it.
Why not just let them have their fun?
If such threads are of no interest to you, you can just skip 'em. (Just a suggestion.)

I think Org "This'n'That" Mafias are fun. I wouldn't join any of them, but they can be useful - certainly when it comes to identifying fellow gay Orgers. So, yeah, *I* like that they are there. And the Org Fun Mafia *is* fun (occassionaly).

Plus - sometimes, these samey threads can be good to help people get to know each other and have fun together.
