There's no rule about having multiple accounts, lots of people here do. They are the reasons that were given for deactivating Z. So how come the account was deactivated if there has been no breach of the rules Ian? | |

So how come the account was deactivated if there has been no breach of the rules Ian? Says who? I certainly didn't give those reasons, and I was the moderator who deactivated Zthe9s. I didn't say that there had been no breach of the rules, but I did say that simply having multiple accounts is not strictly against the rules. Our policy regarding multiple accounts has been stated clearly several times. http://www.prince.org/msg...&tid=55342 Holding multiple accounts isn't outlawed by our site rules either, and we can hardly expect people to follow rules they aren't aware of. We discussed the matter before and Ben felt it wasn't a big problem. Sometimes if a user sets up WAY too many accounts we may take action because we see that as a way of someone increasing their "spamming power" - getting around the thread-posting limits etc. The message you received from Ben was merely casually hypothesising possible reasons the Zthe9s account was deactivated. However, I was the one who deactivated the account, so I'm the one who knows why. Sorry to spoil the fun etc
