Before seeing the wonderful film "Swimming Pool" I (and the rest of the audience ) was forced into watching what may be the *worst* trailer ever made by man...

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE SHOOT CUBA GOODING JR or his AGENT NOW!!! This guy went from a powerful performance in Boys in the Hood to an acting Oscar (only the third african american male) to Snow Dogs and Boat Trip?

and now this!! what can only be described as Forest Gump meets Rain Man meets The Natural?

Sometimes it ain't about the oscars or the money.
Sometimes it's just about gettin the story out there.
Sometimes portraying a mentaly challenged person is done
in such a way to show THE REALISM of the desease.
I use to live next door to a kid like that.

this thing is pure hollywood...theres no attempt at realism...and whats so interesting is the big talent of Alfre Woodard and *gasp* Debra Winger...Winger chose this as her first studio film in over a decade?
