Is it okay to go ahead and do this? Is it okay to sleep with your boss?  Just thought of this because I think my boss has a crush on me. He is being careful about it though in case I may scream out "sexual harassment"!!

I've had friends who've started flings with co-workers (including bosses), and when it was over things were really awkward and bad at work. The fact that he's your boss could really make it miserable if it ended badly.

I posted a similar question a while back, just asking generally who would and what would be the reasons...yes people do get things out of context here...shame really...but hey! it makes it more fun!
I would NOT, if it was purely sexual or to work my way up the career ladder, but if there was something really special going on between us, it would take a lot of thought and discussions before we even thought about leaping into bed, and if we did, it would be for the right reasons..
