To tell you the truth,I haven't even noticed that there are numerous "Org Mafia" threads.But I personally don't have a problem with it,if folks are having fun.As for the other threads that you're getting sick of...skip around and visit only the threads/discussions that interest you.Yes,some thread ideas are constantly being repeated,but maybe that's cause we're running out of things to discuss or debate? I don't like anykind of mafias. I'm distant and do choice to go alone. I see in "mafias" so much negativity, as envie, jelousy, lies, bad talks about others, maybe even from "m-members" too, that I don't like it! - Often they support eachother negative to make themself better.
