well shit....the news said...we are running out of water my area has sunk into the mandatory water restriction code here...that means no watering lawns...or washing cars...or you will be ticketed...

we had one for the longest time here in NC. a few businesses got tix b/c they ignored the threats and continued to water the lawns. i don't pay those car wash ppl to wash my car nor can i see shelling out $5.00 in quarters at the do-it-yourself wash so my car was dirty for about 4 weeks!  | |

You idiot! You should have washed your car, then the rain definitely would have come, and the water ban would have been lifted!
