Don't worry, you're not missin anything. Chicago has rats too! Just visit the back alleys of the south side and you'll see! Seriously, beside the beautiful skyline, there's a lot of good restaurants and stores, even in the southern neighborhoods. But just like New york, on the surface it's nothin but a bunch of lights to me. Maybe I'm sick of living here. I don't know. They did WHAT??!....

Haven't been to NY yet, I would like to visit sometime soon, preferably as far away from the rats as possible. | |

Chicago is great. Until January comes. Man, by the end of winter that place starts feeling like the great white jailcell. Snow sucks after that long of period.
But there is no place I would rather be in the summertime. and fuck the Southies. move to the northside. Wrigleyville represent. I wish I could move back... for a summer. "I'm here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum"

I am with u about Jan/Feb weather. Living in Chicago really sucks the big one during that time. However, the summers rock here more than anywhere. I think it's BECAUSE of the shitty winters that the summers are so great. ...oh and by the way the Cubs and the northside SUCK! It's ALL about the South Side and The White Sox (1st place baby!) | |

--- The cubbies are so cute! I'm not in to sports that much, but I know that the Cub's are better than the White Sox. Bears Vs. Laundry? I mean its not that complicated. -Pinky member of the gay org mafia.
