That show was awesome. It was on right around the time that I started watching MTV. The State and Your Wrote It, You Watch It were two of my favorites form that time. The Max was a pretty good cartoon too. | |

I loved "The Maxx" and "Aeon Flux" too...I have the whole series in a box set. Aeon Flux is my hero!  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hmmm...I got it a few years ago at Best Buy, but I remember it being about $30.00 for 3 tapes in a cool holographic silver slipcase. Its my favorite show ever.
A few of the people from The State are on that new Comedy Central show "Reno PD" or whatever. The cop show from Reno. The previews look funny as hell but it comes on too late for me to watch. one of the guys also starred and directed "Wet Hot American Summer". It was a more recent version of the early 80's summer camp movies. It was pretty good but nothing like The State. "If you had half the heart of Bologna Foot you would be all state by now!"
