hi Dr. Nick! I have been thinking of havinf cosmetic surgery done. what do you think i should do? would you like me to post a picture of myself so you can give me a complete diagnosis?

of course I would be more than happy to provide a diagnosis and recommend what I can do with your appearance...i have only been sued for gross negligence by 46 people in my career as a plastic surgeon...but hey, that was in Latvia wink
