I just got one at home and it keeps fucking crashing my computer... I didn't realise it was a virus until I opened up Yahoo fro work this morning and there it was... new internet virus. Looks pretty easy to squash though... I definately need to get anti-virus software...TODAY!!

I hear there was an attack on the internet, and there's a virus or a bug that keeps restarting your computer once in a while.
I for one don't have it on my computer, but we did encounter it at work. damn, just when you are recording with a customer, a perfect vocal take, the computer restarts itself in the middle of that perfect take.

See, nobody replies to my threads . I was talking about the Lovsan virus last night. Hope you guys installed your patches.

go to the symantec web site and download the WBlaster removal tool, and run it.

then do a windows update and run all the newest critical updates.

there is a new worm going around that is going to launch its payload this saturday (the 16th)

from what I understand, it can infect your computer (thru ports 135-139) without any involvement on your part.

If it's the 32 virus rss(programmer) helped me fix my buddies computer last night. He's got the link. You can find him in the chatroom later today for endless hours.
