isnt it kind of fucked up how people have this incredible knack of attempting to ruin others peoples integrity and quality of life on a website, by attempting to say things to someone via notes and or messengers.

and why should people have to choose between friends and family. over people on a website. and then when they choose between those friends and family,it then becomes vendictive because of that choice.what i really wish people would do is learn to respect an other humans choice and quality of life, instead of making very terrible statements in an attempt to turn one against the other. what is there to gain from it?. absolutely nothing. so in closing. i would like to say. if people would learn not to put themselves out there on a personal level. these things would not occur.

That's why you can't let the ugly green eyed monster get to you, just smile and don't let ignorance bother you or else, you'll be just as ignorant as they are. That's why I always try 2 have a smile on my face, especailly when I know somebody is purposely trying 2 make me unhappy...

To clarify things, that statement was directed to Heavenly (I admit I screwed up and did not reply with quote). I understand why Finess did not name names and he did keep his statement pretty general but then Heavenly censored out the names that they wrote. I just don't get the whole censor thing with names, just leave it out.

I still feel this is a good topic because it sheds light on a problem, albeit a small problem considering the size of the Org.

great advice! i wish more people would take it. actually, so many situations can be avoided if people would just follow this advice from the beginning.it's also easy for ppl to say they have moved on and then orchestrate behind the scenes like finess said.

true indeed,if that was the case casting seeds of doubt would not be on anyones agenda on any level, people do have a tendency to work in the shadows rather then be seen, and then when at the risk of being called out.it gets messy, these things sould not have to happen at all. all it does is prove weakness and insecurity and the need for an intense workout of soulwork.

Freespirit

So much truth here relating to these shared comments, some personally hit close to home.

I haven't read all, although I have read enough.

I am definitely at a moment where the rational vs. the irrational is in need for review. rose I have made some critical decisions lately... in all moment of my life... to allow myself to influence my directions... to go with life moments that bring me a healthy outlook towards life, as well as my future. I choose to let my personal side to been seen/felt (as it can be here) or anywhere else. peace I prefer to be understood... for the person that I truly am... nothing more, nothing less. rose

Although... (here at the org), a few instances have occured... that have left me extremely cautious to who I trust (as I should here) or anywhere else. Beautiful words exist... they are felt, they are instilled... and through time... words become a trusted (inner) sense to be true, they become alive with incredible, heartfelt truth/realness that is incredibly enlightening. When truth (openness) exists... (no matter the challenge)... it renews my faith time and time again... how beautiful it is to be truly understood, to feel a sense of realness of oneself/others... no matter what that truth is... no matter the outcome of what that truth creates. heart

(this may make sense... or may not... I know what I mean) If you only knew... pray

hug Finess

Hope all is resolved soon, Finess. I certainly understand your frustration. I have learned the hard way through firsthand experience on the Org (though I had the best of intentions, believing I was defending or helping people who had confided in me) that there are always two sides to a story and that I rarely have all of the information. A real danger to all of this is that the person can easily get caught in the middle of the two with the conflict.

It's easy to get caught up in internet drama, though strangely it almost never happens to me in "real life". confuse shrug

Let me put it this way--the drama on this site has led me to cancel accounts and stay away from this place as much as possible.

Of course I come back because I'm a glutton for punishment AND because there are many wonderful people who make up for all of the B.S. that goes on.

But I think all of the flaming, nasty Org-notes, insulting threads and telling of secrets is juvenile and depressing.

If you don't like someone on here...DON'T TALK TO THEM!
If someone tells you a secret...KEEP IT SAFE!
If someone is flaming you or someone you care about...TELL A MODERATOR AND DEMAND THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Do we really believe in Prince's philosophy of Love4OneAnother...or are we just poseurs?

Think about it...
