I am orally fixated, and since I quit smoking it's only gotten worse. So, for me, oral sex (giving it) is a part of foreplay and always occurs. i don't think oral sex is NECESSARY but it is probably my most favorite intimate act, both giving and receiving, so it is almost always included. although i find oral sex much more intimate than intercourse so my 2 one-night stands did not get to find out how good i am at giving...poor guys
