I went bowling today...143, 173, 137...not bad, since I haven't bowled in over a year...I even managed a TURKEY!

I used to carry a 158 avg years ago on a league, with my
high game being 231, which got me a pin for being 100 pins
over my avg at the time, 130.

Anyways, enough 'bout me, how's U're game???

I've been once or twice. It was actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be. I was certain I'd pull a 'Fred Flintstone' move.. But the first three balls I threw.. STRIKE ,STRIKE, and STRIKE!!! :WOOT: That's where you clear all the pins right?? Well yeah that's what I did.

new shoes are necessary for our happiness and well being...i don't know why.

I hate bowling I break a goddam nail everytime I do it and even the five pound ball is heavy as hell for me, I'm weak in the arms.

In Israel.. its pronounced "Boweling" I shit you not.

Where I grew up in the north east US/Canadian area they have candlepin bowling.. which is much harder. The pins and balls are smaller, you have to throw harder and deal with the debris that can help of hurt the next shot. I you throw over 120 you are considered very good.

So whenever my friends drag me out "Boweling" in Israel.. I find it so boring and too easy compared to candlepin that I throw 6-7 strikes in a row easy.

I used to be in a league with my co-workers back in 1989. It's been years, but I wasn't a bad bowler.

It's a great sport, cuz it's the only 'sport' that allows me to drink beer at the same time!

I went bowling with my wife and kids a couple of weeks ago for the first time in about 10 years.

First game I bowl, I get 4 strikes at the end and end up with a 195. YEAH BABAY!! ":YAY:

The other games were like 110 - 130... Still had fun with the family.
