Kids these days get way too many things bought for them. In the 1930s the customary birthday present was a block of wood with your name carved in it. I think this is a suitable present for a child, as it encourages kids to commit crime at an early age. But these days, kids get widescreen TVs and lear jets bought for them. The situation is out of control, and needs to come to a halt.

While I don't think children should be beaten or killed, I otherwise agree with the gist of what this person is saying.

Kids, on an individual level, can be ok. But as a group, I'd prefer they didn't exist. I could say the exact same thing about humanity as a whole, actually. Be gone with you!
