He's just taking a much-needed break.

Too much silliness and arguments here recently, we all need a time-out now and again.

I agree. Although he did cause a lot of them himself sigh

Let us all enjoy his break.

if he didn't start so many arguments around here, there wouldn't be a damn thing to talk about.

I was always a fan...Ice would never back down from somebody that was wearin' their heart on their shirtsleeve. He'd point at them and laugh, and even try to make them cry. A strange mixture of good and evil, that one...I never wanted to get too close to him, but I never wanted to be too far away, either. What can I say...you gotta have a few cubes of Ice in your life to stir up the cocktail...or something...confuse

I like to think I always knew exactly where he was coming from. But if you rubbed him the wrong way he could be abrasive and downright mean. Not that I'm any kind of saint, mind you. As stars go, he burns BRIGHT. So his dark side is exaggerated and scary to the uninitiated.

o

Have I had my problems with a handful of people here? Sure, I'm no nicey-nicey girl. But keep in mind that it's no accident that some of your favorite people are returning now that IceNine is gone. Looking beneath the surface of the "cute lil otter", there was stuff that occurred which went far beyond him just being "mean". Many of us experienced something with him that was just plain fucked up.

shrug

That's all of my energy I'm going to give him. I'm glad he's gone.

rolleyes Pleeze, only Ian and Aerogram loved him more. He came across as a stuck-up, condescending, damn near racist little troll.

Eh...I never saw it, except for those times that he yanked the chain of those who left their chains hanging out for people to yank...

I liked him a lot, but you and rd seem to have extrapolated that into some kind of master-puppet relationship, which is in reality impossible.

No. He was notorious. Not necessarily popular.

Excuse me, but I've never expressed any opinions either way on such matters. As site moderator, I remain impartial throughout such petty private disputes. I have no interest in any of that childish BS.

As site moderator, I have always dealt with IceNine even-handedly and fairly, just as I do everyone else. Sometimes moderation decisions won't go the way you want, but that's just the way of things.

And this thread has gone on long enough, I feel.
