What is the one thing that always seems to get you motivated when things arn't going to well for you at that moment?

I doubt that this stuff will "motivate" anyone 2 much & if U have enough, and if sex is ur goal, dont count on top performance...Otherwise, what gets me motivated is usually something 2 look 4ward to, that I enjoy doing.

Yeah but answering the first post, doing something you love or always wanted to do and that excites you is always the best motivation when things are in the shitter. Having a long-term or short-term goal or pursuit in mind can keep you going when things are tough too. Good friends help too.

And let's not forget good music.
